The Noble Foundation and the Carter County OSU Cooperative Extension office are hosting the 12th annual Southern Plains Beef Symposium. This year's theme is “Management and Technology for Profit in the Beef Business.”
The day-long program will feature speakers from the Foundation and Oklahoma State University as well as Future Beef and Nolan Ryan's Tender Aged Beef (both branded beef organizations), among others. The event also includes an expert panel discussion and a trade show.
Cost for the symposium is $20, if pre-registered by Aug. 5, or $25 at the door, and includes a steak lunch. Mail pre-registration payment to Southern Plains Beef Symposium, c/o The Noble Foundation, P.O. Box 2180, Ardmore, OK 73402-2180.
