Assistant zone manager named for N. High Plains

Filemon Guzman has been named to be the new assistant zone manager for the Northern High Plains Eradication Zone. Guzman succeeds Trent Parrish, who is now the zone manager for the Northwest Plains Zone.

Guzman has an associate's degree in agribusiness technology from South Plains College in Levelland.

He joined the foundation in 2000 as a district environmental monitoring specialist and will continue his duties as zone EMS.
