Buhler to finish purchase of two New Holland lines

BUHLER VERSITILE Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Buhler Indus-tries Inc., has received final approval from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Canadian government to conclude the purchase of the New Holland four-wheel drive Versatile tractor and the two-wheel drive Genesis tractor along with the Win-nipeg production plant.

The transaction was expected to close at the end of July.
