GP Companies acquire Delavan Agspray

GP Companies, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Delavan Agspray Products. GP Companies is comprised of General Pump, Eagle Power Products and now Delavan Agspray Products.

General Pump is best recognized as being the world leader in plunger pumps, and has supplied pumps, accessories and nozzles to the high-pressure industry for more than 20 years.

General Pump has recently expanded into centrifugal and hydraulically driven pumps.

Eagle Power Products is a dominant force in the U.S. cleaning industry and has one of the most complete lines of cleaning equipment on the market.

GP Companies has a long-standing reputation of delivering superior quality, on-time delivery and excellent service.

In the agricultural market Delavan is recognized for superior quality and performance, making it a perfect addition to GP Companies. With its patented Raindrop drift reduction nozzle, Delavan Agspray was the first to reduce drift through nozzle design.
