The 2013 Texas AgXchange Farm and Ranch Show in Robstown was held Oct. 1-2 at the Richard Borchard Regional Fairgrounds. Farmers and ranchers from across South Texas flocked to the show to take part in the largest farm and ranch show in south Texas and to participate in this year's South Texas ag Symposium, which ran concurrently with the show.
Well over 100 vendors were on hand to exhibit their products. a popular series of field demonstrations were provided by equipment and implement manufacturers and event coordinator, Bob Olsen, said a ride and drive program that provided farmers hands on experience with new model tractors and combines was particularly popular.

The event marks the second year for the show to be staged at the fairgrounds. The show actually got its start in the early 1990s and was known as the Corpus Christi Farm & Ranch Show and was held at the Corpus Christi American Bank Center. Olsen said the move to the fairgrounds was made to facilitate the growing popularity of the field demonstrations.
