Wet spring creates uncertainties for Iowa cellulosic plant stover growers

This spring’s unusually wet weather created some anxiety among Iowa corn producers. But growers weren’t the only ones waiting on the weather to settle down. Pioneer’s Andy Heggenstaller talked about the outlook for the 2013 season for corn stover production for the new ethanol plant DuPont is building in Nevada, Iowa. He was interviewed at the opening of its new Johnston Innovation Center.
