Trent Parrish has been named to be the new zone manager for the Northwest Plains Eradication Zone. Parrish succeeds Stanton Mote, who is now the zone manager for the Upper Coastal Bend zone.

Parish, a fourth-generation farmer, grew up in Springlake and has a degree in agriculture business administration from Wayland College in Plainview.

He joined the foundation in 1999 as a field unit supervisor and was promoted to district supervisor the next year. His last position with the foundation was assistant zone manager for the neighboring Northern High Plains zone.
