With a historic drought affecting the Southwest U.S., water shortage issues are becoming an ever increasing concern. Counties are instituting water limitations and metering, and these water restrictions will have a serious effect on agriculture crop production.  We’ll look at what’s happening in the most-affected states, and what you can do.
