Independent Ginners name Bradford Distinguished Ginner

At the 43rd annual meeting of the Texas Independent Ginners Association, Jim Bradford was named Distinguished Ginner of the Year. Bradford is part-owner/manager of North Gin in Dimmitt, Texas.

"Jim is very deserving of this award. He has served the industry and our association well for many years," said Ken Ross, TIGA president.

Bradford has served TIGA as president and continues to be active in this association as well as many other organizations including Texas Cotton Ginners Association, Plains Cotton Growers and the Texas Tech Century Club.

Bradford is well known in the industry for his service to his customers. According to Dan Taylor, of Buster's Gin, "a visit to his ginning facilities reveals his dedication to servicing his customers, providing them with state of the art equipment and the most advanced technology available."

The 43rd annual meeting was held March 29-31 in Austin.
